Joan Peilin Tan 陳珮琳 has over a decade of specialised Executive Search experience in Sales and Marketing, HR and General Management positions within industrial and consumer markets, across Southeast Asia.
With a proven track record of being able to identify key talents, in both skillsets and corporate fit, Joan is widely recognised as a trusted and effective go-to talent acquisition partner within the Asian markets.
Joan begun her recruitment career in Kelly Services Inc. (Singapore) in 2008 where she won multiple top accounts for the business, including prominent projects such as the Youth Olympic Games.
In 2012, Joan joined Talent2 (now Allegis Group), where she spearheaded the sales and marketing practice, and grew and led a team of high performing recruiters. Joan was a consistent top performer and attained the prestigious President’s Club Award (which recognised the top ten performers across more than 3,000 recruiters across APAC).
Joan was then headhunted to Morgan Philips Group, where she headed the Southeast Asian office.
Joan is now at the helm of Coleman and Fort and brings her wealth of experience and expertise to clients and candidates, growing companies and careers.
Outside of work, Joan is a fitness fanatic, globetrotter with a thirst for adventure and new experiences, and a self-confessed geek.
Her philosophy in life is to work hard, play hard and Carpe Diem – seize the day!

Bio
Natalie Ann Bi Wen Tan 陈碧雯 has more than a decade of Human Resources business partnering experience in the manufacturing, media and tech industries, with active involvement in the talent scouting, screening and interviewing processes to ensure the best executive job fit across a broad spectrum of roles and skill sets. Most recently, she triple-hatted at TikTok as Global HR PMO and Global Talent Operations Partner for the Advertising Integrity business, as well as the Global HRBP Lead for the Ad Policy business line, where she was responsible for supporting the global talent strategic direction, analysing people metrics to optimise sourcing strategies and developing and scaling HR programs with all internal stakeholders both global to local (e.g. Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and the aligned business teams).
Prior to TikTok, during her corporate career with SPH Media, she had the opportunity to rotate from HR to business operations, and held the position of Head of Marketing and Business planning for Singapore's fastest growing radio network, which includes Kiss92 and UFM100.3.
Natalie has a curious mind, a gift for connecting with people and a passion for problem solving. Combined with her rich experience spanning from staffing to business operations, she brings with her astute analytical skills, pragmatic solutions and excellent collaboration to every search.
Nat has an adventurous spirit and enjoys being in nature and staying active. In her free time, she can be found hiking in forests, swimming in the ocean, or trying her best on the tennis court. At home, she can be found experimenting in the kitchen or held hostage on the couch by her rescued cat, Ishmael, who demands constant cuddles.

Benita Lim 林俐筠 began her recruitment career pioneering the contracting business in Hays where she successfully placed candidates across the Accounting, Banking and Technology industry. She then progressed to recruiting within the Fintech industry specialising in Digital Technology, Data and Analytics positions.
Benita is meticulous and empathetic towards her clients’ needs. She is invested in understanding their work and dedicated to helping her clients, allowing her to build strong trusted relationships with them.
When she was employed in the UK, Benita gained experience collaborating with various departments. This allowed her to be well versed with managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural setting.
Benita is also a well-loved Pilates enthusiast and instructor. She is a strong believer that health is wealth and is passionate about sharing her knowledge and connecting with people in any way she is able to value add to them.
